These are some shots from my trip to Istanbul and Bursa. I had a great time exploring the history of this city, enjoying the food and best of all the company of my dear friends.

Alhamdulilah, I have qualified to Perth Australia for next year's trip. But my aim is to reach the gate of Vienna. Insyaallah I will be there. Just a few more steps to go.

Salam my dear readers...

Things have been slow past few months. Mainly because of the new rules of basic savings set by EPF.  But we still have to move on. Kerja mana yang takde challenges kan?

I have amazing downlines who keep on striving under this difficult situation. Congratulations Wanda for closing RM 90k single thumb print. Patience and persistence paid off. My part timers are also doing the best they can amidst their 9 to 5 job. I admire their strength. One day I hope they can achieve their goals.

InsyaAllah...on 22nd May I will be flying off to Turkey. Woooohoooooo.  Tak sabar rasanya.  We will be flying on Emirates and the itinerary set for Istanbul and Bursa.  We will be visiting the mosques, palaces and of course SHOPPINGGGGGG!!!!.

How is 2014 treating you so far? I hope everything is great. As for me, alhamdulilah. I have added 2 new team members to The Victorious Group. Welcome aboard Yusrina and Azlin.  They both passed their exam on 13th of February 2014. Congratulations.

Azlin  asked me ..."kak Noni...Lin nak extra RM 500 bulan ni?". Wowwww... I am very impressed with this lady. She already know what she wants. I told her of course you can. I worked out for her and this is the plan.

She has to find sales of RM25,000 this month which if i were to small-bite kan, akan jadi RM 8333 per week. Kalau divide by 4 days is about RM 2k per day.  Senangkan. Jumpa satu clientt pun boleh dapat RM2,000 worth of investment!

Semalam I had about 2 hours training dengan Azlin. She has prepared all the things I asked to like buat name cards, list down prospects etc. Yesterday too she told me she has one friend who wants to invest with her. The amount is minimal but its a start. And she has an appointment lepas ofis hours with her cousin. I wish her luck. 

I salute her with her determination dan saya sangattttttt la suka downline yang independent. Azlin is a receptionist at one of the bank in Malaysia. She doesnt have any accounting or banking background. But she is determined to find that extra income and she is doing it now.

The month of January has left us. Now we are in the month of february.  The main thing yang kita akan fikir is kerja and duit. Ye lah...baru je kan dapat gaji end of January. Do we have enough to pay all our commitments? Dapat tak save at least 10% of gaji kita or at least RM100? Cukup tak duit nak roll untuk kegunaan february?

Hmmmmmm...... jawablah pada diri sendiri dengan jujur.

Kalau semua soalan di atas dijawab dengan jawapan negative, apa yang kita nak buat.?  Komplen or mengeluh takkan mengubah keadaan kita. One way to do to this is to have a second income and of course I, being a unit trust consultant will promote my line of business to solve the above problem.

Why unit trust consultant? kenapa this business?

1) Modal yang tak besar. Kalau agak-agak dah buat for 6 mths tapi tak berapa nak suka, at least u can get back your modal or u just lost just a minimal capital.

2) Tak perlu beli barang or stok.  This is an investment program. You are helping people to increase their wealth bukan suruh orang beli barang. Nak-nak dalam keadaan yang gawat cam sekarang ni lagilah the public cari cara nak save duit.

3) Masa yang flexible. Tapi kalau focus in this business full time lagi lah best. Boleh tambah income masa lunch or lepas ofis hours or during the weekend.

4) Dapat free trip bila achieve certain target in sales. Best kan? Sapa laaaa yang tolak kalau orang bagi free trip.

5) Yang paling penting, this business has a potential to have an unlimited income. Dari buat nak dapat part time or second income, maybe this career can open up another opportunity for you.

Welcoming 2014..challenges and rewards.

Wowww dah 2014. Makin bertambah umur ni. Semoga ibadah di sisi Allah juga makin bertambah seiring dgn umur. InsyaAllah.

2014 ni macam banyak jugak challengesnya. Dengan kenaikan harga barangla, GST la etc etc. Rakyat marhain cam kita ni, bising macam mana pun, there is nothing we can do about it. So dari memikirkan the problem, baiklah kita think about the solution.

One of them is berjimat but honestly tang mana lagi la boleh berjimat. Maybe people like you and me boleh lagi la nak hidup tapi I pity those people yang miskin, anak ramai etc Kesian kan.

Dalam keadaan seperti inilah mungkin a second job can help to lighten the burden of high-cost living. So my dear readers, if you are thinking about it, please consider a unit trust consultant career ni as a solution to your problem. Modal tak mahal, tak perlu simpan stok cam MLM, masa pun flexi. Kalau dapat extra RM 300, RM 500 still best kan than nothing. Boleh la tampung mana-mana yang kurang dalam kewangan famili.

As usual, new year brings new challenges. For 2014, the Company had announced 3 new trips for us to grab.

1) Jakarta and Bandung
2) Perth, Australia
3) Vienna and Budapest.
