How is 2014 treating you so far? I hope everything is great. As for me, alhamdulilah. I have added 2 new team members to The Victorious Group. Welcome aboard Yusrina and Azlin. They both passed their exam on 13th of February 2014. Congratulations.
Azlin asked me ..."kak Noni...Lin nak extra RM 500 bulan ni?". Wowwww... I am very impressed with this lady. She already know what she wants. I told her of course you can. I worked out for her and this is the plan.
She has to find sales of RM25,000 this month which if i were to small-bite kan, akan jadi RM 8333 per week. Kalau divide by 4 days is about RM 2k per day. Senangkan. Jumpa satu clientt pun boleh dapat RM2,000 worth of investment!
Semalam I had about 2 hours training dengan Azlin. She has prepared all the things I asked to like buat name cards, list down prospects etc. Yesterday too she told me she has one friend who wants to invest with her. The amount is minimal but its a start. And she has an appointment lepas ofis hours with her cousin. I wish her luck.
I salute her with her determination dan saya sangattttttt la suka downline yang independent. Azlin is a receptionist at one of the bank in Malaysia. She doesnt have any accounting or banking background. But she is determined to find that extra income and she is doing it now.
