So far when we talk and discuss about career or business the main factor will always be the $$$$$$ factor. Right? When we started our first job, how much is being paid is the top of the questions' list. When we venture into business or sales line, its always about how to increase income, how to change lifestyles etc. Yes its true, money is the motivation, the pushing factor for almost everything. We worked hard for money.
Little do we realise that along the way to achieve the goals that we set, we have trained ourselves to become a better person. How?
A good salesperson will have all the good qualities.
After 4 years in this industry, I have learned to be patient, persistent and focus . I have learned to handle objections calmly, to well manage my time, to have a better discipline.
I didn't have much confidence in public speaking then. But now I do. I didn't know that I can give training to a group of people. But now I can.
I open my mind to lots more knowledge via books and trainings. And now I am writing a blog thus empowering my writing skills. I do hope you like what you read. :)
So you see, its not just about the unlimited income that we are after but the fact that we are adding this non-monetary values to our lives too. These new qualities that we find in us can be applied not just in this career but in other areas in our lives for example in our relationship.
I am not saying that you don't have all these good qualities with you now. But who knows, with a change in a career or leaving a comfort zone, you will discover something new about you. Or even enhance the ones you already have.

So think about it, you might discover one thing more that you love about yourself.
